PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cowl-to-pillar brace in which a stable driving brace is not broken by the adjustment of the mechanical strength, and an A-pillar is hardly twisted. SOLUTION: The cowl-to-pillar brace 1 connected between a suspension tower A and an instrument panel reinforcing bracket B to connect them each other comprises: a suspension tower connection part 11 to be connected to the suspension tower A; a bracket connection part 12 to be connected to the instrument panel reinforcing bracket B; and an intermediate connection part 13 for connecting the suspension tower connection part 11 to the bracket connection part 12. A part of the suspension tower connection part 11 side to the instrument panel reinforcing bracket B side of the intermediate connection part 13 is cut by the predetermined amount in a recessed shape to form a strength-adjusting part 13a, and the other intermediate connection part 13 forms a strength stable part 13b so as to adjust the mechanical strength.
