<p>Disclosed is a cleansing composition having excellent foaming properties and excellent cleansing performance at the same time. The cleansing composition contains an organosiloxane derivative salt represented by general formula (1) or general formula (3) and one or more anionic surfactants selected from the group consisting of carboxylic acid salts having an alkyl group with 10-20 carbon atoms, sulfuric acid salts, sulfonic acid salts and phosphoric acid salts.</p>
