摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diffusion layer which can prevent a damage of an electrolyte membrane due to a fiber-like conductor composing a diffusion layer without making complex its structure. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a diffusion layer for a fuel cell includes a first process in which a first water repellant paste PS1 is formed into a sheet shape by a first hopper 120 and a blade 122, a second process in which the formed first water repellant paste of the sheet shape is dried and hardened in a first heating furnace 124, a third process in which a diffusion layer is drawn near the one surface of the hardened body of the sheet shape through a second water repellant paste PS2, and a fourth process in which the hardened body SL, the second water repellant paste PS2 and the diffusion layer BS are pressed in a lamination direction and the second water repellant paste PS2 is dried and hardened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
