<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a cell sheet, by which the cell sheet having an ordered structure can be formed at a high speed and the formed cell sheet is easily peeled. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is the method for producing the cell sheet having an ordered structure in a two dimensional direction, comprising (A) a step for forming a cell culture support having a surface structure in which concave portions and convex portions are orderly arranged, (B) a step for coating the surface of the formed cell culture support with a polymer, (C) a step for loading cells on the cell culture support coated with the polymer, and (D) a step for peeling the cells from the cell culture support with hydrodynamic force or mechanical force. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
