SOLUTION: In transmitting prescribed information acquired from a code image printed on a medium and/or handwriting information created from the code image to an external device by data group having a predetermined data length, an output management part 613 and a communication part 66 sets the order of transmission for each data group in prescribed information and/or handwriting information, and successively transmits the prescribed information and/or the handwriting information to the external device according to the order of transmission.
