<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out heating treatment of heated objects with various shapes/kinds/volumes housed in a heating room at high efficiency and with heating unevenness suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: A means of supplying microwaves to a heating room 8 housing a heated object 10 comprises: oscillating parts 1a, 1c structured of semiconductor elements or the like capable of controlling frequencies; phase varying parts 3a to 3d for varying phases; amplifying parts 4a to 4d amplifying power; power feeding parts 5a to 5d; and a control part 7 controlling oscillating frequencies, phase volumes, and power amplification volumes. Excitation directions of the microwaves radiated from the power feeding parts 5a to 5d are intentionally changed, and control of the excitation directions and control of operating frequencies, phases, and power amplification volumes are combined to perform optimum heating treatment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
