PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent contact failure between connection terminals with a simplified structure in a flexible substrate. SOLUTION: A flexible substrate (1) includes: a substrate body (100) extending in a first direction; a plurality of wirings (200) disposed on the substrate body and extending respectively in a first direction; and a plurality of connection terminals (300) respectively electrically connected with the plurality of the wirings on the substrate body, and disposed along a second direction obliquely intersecting the first direction.
