PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive both earthquake information and tsunami information by a single reception terminal device, and to certainly receive the tsunami information even if a power failure occurs after earthquake occurrence. SOLUTION: This emergency disaster information provision system comprises: an earthquake information distribution server 3 distributing the earthquake information; a tsunami information distribution server 6 distributing the tsunami information; and a reception terminal device 5 connected to the earthquake information distribution server 3 via the Internet 4 to receive the earthquake information, and connected to the tsunami information distribution server 6 via an analog line 7 to receive the tsunami information. When the power failure occurs within a prescribed time after receiving the earthquake information from the earthquake information distribution server 3, the reception terminal device 5 calls a telephone number allocated to the tsunami information distribution server 6, and receives the tsunami information.
