PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately predict long-time creep rupture strength of high chrome ferritic steel in a short time by evaluating the texture in the high chrome ferritic steel before the high chrome ferritic steel is used under a high temperature environment. SOLUTION: In a creep rupture strength prediction method, deposit in the high chrome ferritic steel before use is detected, the ratio of fine deposit in the detected deposit is calculated, the ratio of the calculated fine deposit is verified with a master curve indicating the correlation between the ratio of the fine deposit and the creep rupture strength, and the creep rupture strength corresponding to the ratio of the calculated fine deposit is acquired.
