PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure sufficient oil dropping quantity and blow-by gas rising quantity even when engine output is increased, with regard to a cylinder head structure for an internal combustion engine having a through-hole passing through a cylinder head in an up-and-down direction and commonly used as an oil drop hole and a blow-by gas degassing hole. SOLUTION: In the cylinder head structure for the internal combustion engine having a plurality of through-holes which pass through the cylinder head of the internal combustion engine in the up-and-down direction and are commonly used as oil drop holes and blow-by gas degassing holes formed thereon, a cylindrical member projecting upward from the cylinder head is fitted in part of the through-holes out of the plurality of through-holes, and the through-holes are exclusively used for the blow-by gas degassing holes.
