摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the induction efficiency and charging efficiency of air flowing toward an engine without inhibiting the linearity and uniformity of an atomized fuel sprayed from a fuel injection valve. SOLUTION: A throttle body comprises a tilted suction passage (9) the cross sectional area of which is gradually reduced from the engine side end (3a) of a throttle valve control passage (3) toward the engine side end (1a) of the throttle body (1) and which is opened to the engine side end (1a) of the throttle body (1) through a diameter (d) smaller than the diameter (D) of the throttle valve control passage (3). The longitudinal axis line (X)-(X) of the tilted suction passage is eccentrically disposed further to a spray fuel relieving recess (8) side than the longitudinal axis line (Y)-(Y) of the throttle valve control passage (3).
