PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal resin composition having excellent insulation properties, thermal resistance, and mechanical properties, and a molded article composed thereof. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal resin composition includes 100 pts.wt. liquid crystal resin (A), 1-10 pts.wt. carbon black (B) having a primary particle diameter of 10-50 nm, and 0.1-10 pts.wt. talc (C) having a median size of 1-20μm, wherein the carbon black (B) is dispersed in the form of particles having an average particle diameter of not greater than 50μm in the liquid crystal resin (A).
