PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column adsorbent for manufacturing a biodiesel fuel and its manufacturing method, by which dust is not scattered in a process for mixing and packing a plurality of adsorbents packed in a column vessel used for manufacturing the biodiesel fuel and adsorption performance of activated clay and activated carbon is not spoiled in a process for solidifying powder such as sintering. SOLUTION: In the column adsorbents for manufacturing the biodiesel fuel used for removing a catalyst and impurities after the catalyst and alcohol are added to and mixed in a raw material fats and oils of the biodiesel fuel and ester exchange reaction is performed, 100 pts.mass of a composition of the plurality of kinds of adsorbents is molded integrally with 2 to 10 pts.mass binder composed of at least one kind of magnesium oxide and magnesium hydroxide.
