The heating element (15) has two electric resistor elements (25, 27) connected with a voltage source by supply lines, where the heating element is arranged between electrically insulated ceramic layers (17, 18) of a ceramic sensor element (10). The resistor elements are arranged parallel to each other in a ceramic layer plane, have identical resistance values and are formed as meander-shaped conductive paths. The supply lines electrically contact the heating element.
