A refrigeration system (1) comprises a refrigerant circuit (10) performing a refrigeration cycle, and an intercooler (16) for compressor performing heat exchange between refrigerating machine oil, i.e., a heat medium, and refrigerant flowing through a compressor (11). A first pipe (21b) branched from a first connection pipe (21a) for connecting the compressor (11) and an indoor heat exchanger (12), and a second pipe (22b) branched from a second connection pipe (22a) for connecting the indoor heat exchanger (12) and an expansion device (13) are connected with the intercooler (16) for compressor. A first oil separator (25) for separating the refrigerant and the refrigerating machine oil is provided at the branch of the second connection pipe (22a). An oil pump (15) for supplying the refrigerating machine oil separated by the first oil separator (25) from the first oil separator (25) to the first connection pipe (21a) is provided in the second pipe (22b).
