PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroacoustic transducer capable of performing normal sound wave radiation to a large input. SOLUTION: The electroacoustic transducer includes a flange part 2D having an end portion 2E laid along at least the longitudinal direction of an edge 2, the end portion being raised toward a vibrating direction of a vibrating plate 1, and the tip side of the flange part 2D is fixed a long-side frame 3A or a short-side frame 3B of a frame 3. A track-like roll part 3C is formed so that the width and projecting height at a connection part vicinity M1 between a long-side part LA and a circular part SA thereof are gradually increased from the connection part vicinity M1 toward a top part T of the circular part SA.
