PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process film excellent in surface properties, usable particularly for a high temperature process when manufacturing electronic circuits, components, etc. SOLUTION: This laminated film is obtained by laminating an aromatic polyamide film, having a glass transition temperature exceeding 200°C and a thickness of 1-25μm, on one side of a polyester film having a thickness of 10-200μm through an adhesive.
