An IP telephone includes a request destination management table (13a) which correlates a service ID for uniquely identifying a service with a request destination which is requested to execute the service when storing them; and a report destination management table (13b) which correlates a call ID for uniquely identifying a call with a report destination of a call state transition report indicating the state transition of the call. The IP telephone (10) receives an additional service request, acquires a request destination corresponding to the service ID of the additional service from the request destination management table (13a) and transfers the request for the additional service to the request destination. Moreover, the IP telephone (10) receives a call state transition report, acquires a report destination corresponding to the call ID of the call state transition report from the report destination management table (13b), and transfers the call state transition report to the report destination.
