The device (1) has a curved meander-shaped metal strip (3) with a lamella section (4) consisting of multiple lamellas (5) and a fastening section (6). A base plate (2) and the metal strip are connected with each other in a heat conducting manner. Pins (7) are provided in the fastening section, and are fixed in an opening (8) of the base plate in a force-fit manner. The lamellas are connected with each other in a region of the fastening section by a lamella belt. The metal strips are interlaced in to each other. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a heat dissipation device.
