ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY DEVICE

摘要

An organic light emitting display device is provided to block the optical guide at the planarized film and pixel defined layer by positing the margin of the black matrix at the outer side which is far from the margin of the pixel definition layer. The pixel region(101) and pixel isolation area(102) are formed in the substrate. The first insulating layer(140) is formed on the substrate. The pixel definition layer(180) is formed in the boundary of the pixel isolation area and pixel region. The black matrix(160) is formed between the first insulating layer and pixel definition layer. The margin of the black matrix is positioned in the outer side which is far from the margin of the pixel defined layer to separate the first insulating layer and pixel definition layer.
