<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circular knit fabric not only capable of suppressing spreading of a run, but excellent in dimensional stability, durability and the like, and to provide fiber products using the circular knit fabric. <P>SOLUTION: The circular knit fabric has the strength of ≥30.0 N/mm to creating run. It is preferable to use a yarn including a core sheath type composite fiber including a polyester A mainly consisting of alkylene terephthalate units and having ≥220°C melting point as a core part and a polyester B having a melting point ≥30°C lower than that of the polyester A as a sheath part.
