PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an electrostatic latent image development toner for inhibiting a sleeve adhesion and a development ghost from occurring for a long time without damaging a photoreceptor even under a high-temperature and high-humidity environment, and preventing an image from being deteriorated. SOLUTION: In the electrostatic latent image development toner, an acicular titanium oxide and a silica are externally added to a toner parent particle. The acicular titanium oxide has an aspect ratio (an average diameter along a long axis/an average diameter along a short axis) of≥1.25 and <2.50, and the average diameter along the long axis and the average diameter along the short axis of≥20 nm and <300 nm. The silica has a variation coefficient of a volume reference ä(a standard deviation/a volume reference average particle diameter)×100} of≥10% and <65%. An aggregation comprises the silica, has an average aggregation particle diameter of≥50 nm and <250 nm, and is formed on a surface of the toner parent particle. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
