PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidity detector for suppressing a detection cost and errors of measured value therewith. SOLUTION: The humidity detector 20 includes a detection part 21 and a control part 22 for controlling the detection part. The detection part 21 includes a humidity sensor 23 for detecting humidity, to form a humidity detection signal Sh, a temperature sensor 24 for detecting the circumferential temperature of the humidity sensor to form a temperature detection signal St and the common power supply line Lcom connected to the humidity sensor and the temperature sensor in common. The control part 22 includes an application means 25 for applying power supply voltage PWM1 to the humidity sensor and the temperature sensor via the common power supply line; a reading means 26 for forming the humidity read value corresponding to the humidity detection signal and the temperature read value corresponding to the temperature detection signal; and a correction means 25 for correcting the humidity read value, on the basis of the temperature read value.
