PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust manifold capable of effectively inhibiting the generation of abnormal noise caused by a pressure wave generated by a collision of exhaust gas, and quickly raising a temperature of an exhaust emission control catalyst at a downstream without causing a cost increase. SOLUTION: In the exhaust manifold 1 constituted by joining two sheet metal formed parts 4a, 4b as one unit and including an attachment flange 6 to an exhaust port arrangement surface of a cylinder head and an outlet flange 7 from which exhaust gas flows out, a linear boundary zone 10 continuously or intermittently dividing sections 9a-9d opposing an exhaust port and a section including the outlet flange 7 from other sections is set, and the boundary zone 10 is composed of a thin wall or a flat spring.
