PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wide step without notching an end of the step. SOLUTION: The step 22 is laid and fixed between a pair of poles 21 which are elongated at a spacing in between. The respective poles 21, which are formed in such a shape as to have a U-shaped cross section, are each composed of front and rear walls 31 and 32 facing each other and stretching out in parallel with each other, and a sidewall 33, and arranged in an opposed manner. The step 22 is composed of first and second step members 41 and 42. The first step member 41 has a width equal in dimension to/smaller in dimension than an interval between the front and rear walls 31 and 32 of each pole 21, and the second step member 42 has a length equal in dimension to/smaller in dimension than an interval between leading ends of the front and rear walls 31 and 32. The first and second step members 41 and 42 are connected so that the second step member 42 can be protruded to the corresponding front and rear sides from either of the front and rear walls 31 and 32 of both the poles 21 in a state in which both ends of the first step member 41 are inserted between the front and rear walls 31 and 32 of both the poles 21.
