The present invention provides an optoelectronic device comprising a substrate (1), an optoelectronic layer (15), and two inorganic thin layers of different types (19, 20), wherein the first inorganic layer (19) is an encapsulation layer deposited on the optoelectronic layer and the second inorganic layer (20) is a protective layer that is deposited on the first inorganic layer. Such layers can be produced in a single vapor deposition procedure. |
