A sampling section (100A) comprises a sampling filter (102) for converting a continuous-time signal into a discrete-time signal to perform filtering with a low-pass characteristic and a 1-bit quantizer (107) for outputting a quantized signal representing a time-dependent change in the discrete-time signal. A synchronization section (100B) includes a phase difference detector (110) for obtaining the phase difference between an inspection signal and the quantized signal and a delay control circuit (114) for feeding back the inspection signal to the phase difference detector (110) at the timing at which the amount of a delay equivalent to the phase difference is anticipated. When the phase difference between the inspection signal and the quantized signal at the present time shows the same phase, the phase of the inspection signal is detected as a reference phase. |
