Disclosed is technology for realizing a decrease in the processing load generated when a mobile terminal possessing a plurality of interfaces registers flow control data on a network and a decrease in the signaling traffic for that registration, wherein a mobile terminal (MN100) possesses a plurality of interfaces (IF1 and IF2), binding data between care-of addresses (CoA1 and CoA2) assigned to each interface and the home address (HoA0) of the MN are registered on a home agent (HA200), interface-specific home addresses (HoA1 and HoA2) set for each interface are additionally acquired, and binding data between each interface-specific HoA and the CoA corresponding to that HoA are registered on the HA. The interface-specific HoA and CoA are then used for a flow that is to be transmitted and received using only a specified interface.
