Cream comprises: (a) honey from orange flowers and sub-tropical forest honey with a portion of 40-50%, where the honey is a lower fraction in an amount of maximum of 40% of the total mass of a honey that is slightly heated and stirred over several hours; (b) butter fat with a portion of 40-45%; (c) royal jelly with a portion of 0.5-2% and (d) an oil mixture from the seeds of several cultivated plants and walnut oil, as well as oil and powder from turmeric ( Curcuma) and cinnamon shell with a total portion of 1-10%. An independent claim is included for producing the cream, comprising heating and slightly stirring the orange flower honey and forest honey for at least five hours at approximately 20[deg] C and subsequently removing the above fraction with a portion of 60-80 wt.%, mixing the lower fraction of the honey and royal jelly with the oil mixture from the seeds of cultivated plants and walnut oil and storing for at least two days, mixing the butter fat with the portion of oil and powder from turmeric and cinnamon shell and then storing for at least a week and subsequently mixing both the mixtures with one another.
