SPEAKER, MAGNET COMPONENT, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A speaker (10) includes a magnet (12) and a horizontal coil (22). The magnet (12) is magnetically coupled with a yoke (16), and a resin ring (14) is inserted into a magnetic gap (G) between the magnet (12) and the yoke (16). The horizontal coil (22) is disposed over the resin ring (14), that is the magnetic gap (G). The inner peripheral surface of the resin ring (14) is joined adhesively to the lateral surface of the magnet (12), and the outer peripheral surface of the same is bonded non-adhesively with the inner peripheral surface of the yoke (16). The horizontal coil (22) is mechanically connected with a diaphragm (20) and supplied with current according to a sound signal. Therefore, an efficient and inexpensive speaker using the horizontal coil is provided.
