The laminate (10) has an insulation with a groove partially embedding fine bonding wires (13) so that a side of the laminate is made of the insulation and another side of the laminate is made of an exposed bonding wire surface. The bonding wires are trapped into a groove of the insulation. The bonding wires are bonded on an insulating tape. The bonding wires are provided in diameter of 5 and 30 micrometer. The bonding wires are partly embedded in the laminate. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an arrangement for intersecting connection of bonding wires (2) a method for bonding of bonding wires.
