<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile provided with a seat having a seat cushion and a seat back and a seat belt device to protect an occupant seated in the seat and an inner belt of the seat belt device of which is supported free to revolve at a forward inclining position as it is pressed by the seat back when the seat back is inclined forward at an unused position and which prevents the inner belt from hitting the buttocks of the occupant when the buttocks of the occupant are put on the inner belt. <P>SOLUTION: An energizing means to support the inner belt 10 free to revolve to a retreating position further in the rear of its using position and to return the inner belt 10 to a using position when an external force added to the inner belt 10 revolved to a retreating position is removed is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
