<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for properly relaying communication data. <P>SOLUTION: A communication control apparatus 10 includes: a plurality of ports for connecting the control apparatus to each of a plurality of communication apparatus; a database for storing reference data used as a reference for determining any one of the plurality of communication apparatus to which the communication data should be transmitted, and identification information of a port connected to a communication apparatus to which the communication data including the reference data should be transmitted so that the reference data and the identification information are associated; a searching circuit for searching whether a payload of the acquired communication data includes the reference data; and a processing execution circuit for transmitting the communication data including the reference data through the port associated with the reference data.
