<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively and easily guard ordinary homes and small-scale offices by using a portable telephone terminal and a small base station (femtocell). <P>SOLUTION: This base station (FCL, 100) of a mobile communication system comprises a communication part (140) for communicating with the mobile communication system through a communication line, a registering part (122) for registering the information of a mobile device using the base station, a processing part (120) for processing the position registration of the mobile device, and a connection control part (126) for controlling the communication part so as to transmit a prescribed message to a prescribed opposite party through the communication line when information received from a mobile device when performing the position registration of the mobile device does not coincide with the registered information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
