<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guidance system for a behaving body, which smoothly and surely transmits behavioral guidance information useful to behaving bodies such as people and animals, to the behaving body. <P>SOLUTION: The guidance system 1 includes: a wireless tag circuit element To which is prepared by a user M and has an IC circuit unit 150 for storing the information and a tag antenna 151 for transmitting and receiving the information; a plurality of readers/writers RWa-RWh which are arranged corresponding to a plurality of exhibits a-h located in a museum respectively and write history information to the wireless tag circuit element To via wireless communication; and a guide device 20 which has a reader unit 21 for obtaining the information from the wireless tag circuit element To via the wireless communication.
