TIMING SYNCHRONIZING METHOD, SYNCHRONIZATION DEVICE, SYNCHRONIZATION SYSTEM, AND SYNCHRONIZATION PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a timing synchronizing method capable of achieving accurate synchronization by simple structure and process even in a high-speed communication network; a synchronization device; a synchronization system; and a synchronization program.

SOLUTION: This timing synchronization device connected to a communication network includes: a sampling pulse oscillation circuit 300 oscillating reference timing; a latch register A33 holding the reference timing; a latch register B34 holding received timing of a synchronizing frame received via the communication network; a deviation value calculation part 331 calculating a deviation value between the reference timing and the reception timing; and a reference timing compensation part 333 compensating the reference timing of the sampling pulse oscillation circuit 300 based on the deviation value.
