PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding device capable of manufacturing a resin made substrate having excellent flat surface while forming the surface to a mirror finished surface. SOLUTION: The injection molding device 1 includes: a first mold 2 having a stamper 3 on the surface; and a second mold 8 where a groove part 81 is formed on the surface opposed to the stamper 3 provided on the first mold 2, and is disposed oppositely to the first mold 2. Specific undulation generated when a reference substrate is manufactured by a reference mold and the second mold is obtained, and the undulation having the shape for inverting the specific undulation is formed on the surface of the first mold 2. The stamper 3 is guided to follow the undulation formed on the surface of the first mold 2. The substrate for a magnetic recording medium is manufactured by closely contacting the first mold 2 with the second mold 8, and injecting the resin into a space formed by the groove part 81.
