PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet composed of a raw material derived from plants, which can endure three-dimensional molding, such as lapping processing and vacuum forming with a base material having a three-dimensional shape, as well as lamination to a planar base material and which is superior also in surface physical properties such as scratch resistance. SOLUTION: In the decorative sheet the thermoplastic resin sheet is a biaxially oriented sheet of a material having a polylactic acid resin as a major agent and having an oily plasticizer added in an amount of 0.1-10 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the polylactic acid resin. The thermoplastic resin sheet has a glass transition point of 50-90°C, a tensile elongation at break (according to JIS K6781) of 2.0-3.5 GP and a tensile elongation at break of 100-200%.
