PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamable resin composition from which a foamed film having excellent appearance and uniform fine foamed cells can be obtained by air-cooling inflation forming, and to provide a foamed film. SOLUTION: The foamable resin composition for air-cooling inflation is prepared by blending a foaming agent into a resin mixture comprising 30 to 95 wt% of a propylene resin (A) polymerized by use of a metallocene catalyst and having a MFR of 0.5 to 4 g/10 min and 70 to 5 wt% of a propylene resin (B) having MFR of 0.1-20 g/10 min, a melt tension of 1.0 to 50 cN (at 190°C in a diameter of 2 mm) and showing strain-hardening property under an elongational flow condition.
