PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensing method of a power element, accurately sensing the temperature of the power element even from a position separated from an object for temperature sensing. SOLUTION: This temperature sensing element is disposed on or near the wiring for supplying electric power to the power element mounted to a substrate, and the temperature of the power element is sensed from a sensed value of the temperature sensing element.
