PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly connect another call from the opponent party of the unfinished phone conversation to a final responder when the disconnection operation of a telephone line has not been completed normally. SOLUTION: A telephone business system: allocates one processing series number to one reception operation or dispatch operation by an operator terminal device 10; allocates a branch number tied to the processing series number to transfer operation based on reception operation or dispatch operation; allows the processing series number and branch number, a first telephone number, the opponent party disconnection time, a final responder's extension number, and own disconnection time to correspond one another for recording them in a database server 20; extracts a series of communication logs corresponding to opponent party's telephone number that is a dispatch source of a RING signal from the database server 20 when receiving the RING signal; decides that the operation is erroneous operation of the disconnection of telephone lines by the operator terminal device 10 when there is not the opponent party disconnection time corresponding to the same processing series number; and transfers the call to the operator terminal device 10 of the final responder's extension number.
