PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal device in which a damage to a casing is suppressed even though a load is applied to the vicinity of a coupling part of a connection part. SOLUTION: A hinge part 103 connects a first casing 101 and a second casing 103 together relatively turnably, wherein a dummy hinge holder 32 connected to the first casing 101 to hold the first casing 101 when turned is fixed to a fitting pawl 70 formed at one end part (corner part) near a hole part 42 of a front case 21 of the first casing 101.
