PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current source circuit which is hard to be affected by variations in resistance due to a process. SOLUTION: A current source circuit 100 includes a resistance value control circuit 101 including: a comparator 103 which receives drain voltages of MOS transistors Q6 and Q7 and outputs the comparison results between the received drain voltages to a control part 104; and the control part 104 which outputs a digital control signal based on the output of the comparator 103 and changes resistance values of variable resistances R1 and R2.
