PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To validate whether communication between a communication device of a validation side and a communication device of a response side, is available even if a communication address of the communication device of the response side is not specified by an input operation of a user. SOLUTION: Respective repeating devices emit a negotiation tone, if they receive the negotiation tone emitted from other repeating stations, they discriminate a role of the own device according to a difference of features of the received negotiation tone and the negotiation tone emitted from the own device. The repeating device of the response side emits a signal tone expressing the communication address, and if the repeating device of the validation side receives the signal tone, it acquires the communication address from the signal tone. The repeating device of the response side transmits an answer request to the acquired communication address, and validates whether communication is possible between the own device and the another repeating device, and if the answer request is transmitted, the repeating device of the response side sends an answer according to the answer request.
