PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor actuator capable of preventing generation of looseness due to a backlash between gears even in the case wherein force in the reverse direction is applied from an output member to a ring train. SOLUTION: In a second driving device 70 structured as a motor actuator in a louver device, a gear 92 is fitted in an opening part 217e of a cover member 217 in the state of installing an O-ring like rubber friction member 99 in the peripheral surface. With this structure, when the gear is being rotated by external force, the O-ring like friction member 99 applies a sliding load by friction force between the gear 92 and the cover member 217 so as to brake the gear 92.
