PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building connecting fitting which can avoid the loosening of a metal fitting and damage to a joint, caused by deterioration with age after construction, and which can suppress an increase in manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: This building connecting fitting 10 comprises a pair of metal plate components 11 and 12 which are each constituted like a flat plate and arranged in parallel with each other, and a connecting component 13 for connecting the pair of metal plate components together. The metal plate component is equipped with a pair of right and left side plate portions 12A, 12A', 11A and 11A' which are provided with a plurality of pin insertion holes 12a, 12a', 11a and 11a', respectively, and intermediate portions 11B and 12B which are arranged between the pair of side plate portions. The connecting component is fixed to each of intermediate portions of the pair of metal plate components. At least either of right and left surfaces is formed as a vertically-extended surface orthogonal to the metal plate component between the intermediate portions of the pair of metal plate components.
