PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet head that allows to accurately detect ink temperature without enlarging an actuator, an inkjet recording device, and a method of manufacturing an inkjet head. SOLUTION: The inkjet head 3 comprises a nozzle plate with a plurality of nozzle openings aligned therein; an actuator 44 where a plurality of grooves 45 filled with ink are arranged in parallel in such a manner as to correspond to the plurality of nozzles; and a cover plate 55 provided over the plurality of grooves 45 in the actuator 44 and having openings that communicate the plurality of grooves 45 with one another. Films of a nickel-chromium alloy and a nickel alloy are formed on at least a portion of the cover plate 55 corresponding to the plurality of grooves 45 to form a thermocouple 72.
