PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spine corset simply and easily applied to a user's body regardless of the body shape, preventing pressure or useless movement to the regions of the chest or the abdomen, and manufactured to be light-weight and inexpensively. SOLUTION: In this spine corset, a body 10 applied to the front of the upper half of the body and a back pad unit 20 applied to the back are connected to each other using a length adjustable connecting member 30. The body 10 includes a front pad part 11 provided with an extended piece 13 projecting to abut on the side of the body, an outer facing part 12 formed slightly smaller than the front pad part 11, and an opening part 15 formed in the center thereof, and the back part unit 20 includes a lining part 21 shaped so that the central parts of substantially rectangular right and left end portions have semicircular recesses, and an outer lining part 22 formed slightly smaller than the lining part 21 in the same shape, and provided with two reinforcement strap members 24 having a vertically elongated shape.
