For specifying a parallel execution part of works, which are included in a work flow, a process for acquiring a work record comprising processing time, a work classification and an identifier from a database, a process for grouping the work records based on the identifier and sorting them in a group based on processing time, a process for calculating processing time on the respective work records based on sequence of processing time in the work record in the group when processing time included in the work record shows only one point in time, a process for specifying the work record on the works which are performed in parallel based on distribution of calculated processing time for the respective work classifications and a process for specifying the work flow of the applied group from a processing result of a parallel execution work specifying step and the work record in the applied group for the respective groups are performed.
