<p>A mounting base convenient to mount an electronic component and an electronic component using the same are provided. The mounting base comprises a base body and several pin holes are provided in the base body. The pin holes are separated from each other. The number of the pin holes in the mounting base is equal to the number of the pins of the electronic component to be mounted. The shape and size of each pin hole in the mounting base is identical with the shape and size of each pin of the electronic component to be mounted. The lower end of each pin hole is on the bottom surface of the base body. The mounting base is especially suitable forthe electronic component with bendable pins, such as piezoresistor and all.</p>
